Public-private partnerships (PPPs) have become a key strategy for addressing urban development challenges by leveraging the strengths of both sectors. This paper examines the effectiveness of PPPs in urban development, focusing on their impact on infrastructure quality, service delivery, and cost-efficiency. Through case studies in Argentina, Brazil, and the United States, the study identifies the opportunities and challenges associated with PPP models. Recommendations are provided for enhancing the sustainability and inclusiveness of PPP initiatives in urban contexts.
